The 2024/25 WPBSA Q Tour Middle East series gets underway this week at the Bahrain Snooker Academy in Manama, Bahrain.
A total of 40 cueists from eight countries will be competing in Bahrain as they aim to follow in the footsteps of Amir Sarkhosh and Mohamed Shehab, who secured professional status on the World Snooker Tour via the Q Tour route last season.
The event in Bahrain is the first of three in the Q Tour Middle East series, with events also taking place in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia later in the year.
