Bali Doubles: USA dump Greece as winners’ round one lands
The Isak Billiard WPA Men’s Doubles 10-Ball World Championship ($200,000, 32 teams) has its winners’ qualification field. All eight Winner Round 1 ties are done at the Bali International Convention Centre, and the United States are among the eight still unbeaten.
USA edged Greece 2–1 to book a winners’ qualification meeting with Spain — the same Spain side that blanked Canada 2–0 earlier in the round. Elsewhere on the winners’ side: Chinese Taipei 2–1 Austria; Netherlands 2–0 New Zealand; Germany 2–1 Indonesia’s second team; Poland 2–1 France; Finland 2–1 Philippines; and Syria 2–1 Albania.

Doubles losers’ side: GB, China, Indonesia still alive
Loser Round 2 also cleared. Great Britain stayed in after 2–1 over Austria (having already beaten India 2–0 in Loser Round 1). China 2–1 Canada, host Indonesia 2–0 Greece, Albania 2–0 Hong Kong, Philippines 2–0 Estonia, Singapore 2–1 France, Vietnam 2–1 Indonesia’s second team and Norway 2–1 New Zealand all advanced. Loser Round 3 pairings are set: China–Indonesia, Albania–Philippines, Singapore–Vietnam, Norway–Great Britain.
Shenzhen last 32: Surety dumps Jiang — Donaldson and both Robertsons through
China session last-32 scores are in the book at the Shenzhen Open. Zak Surety finished what the overnight shocks started, beating Jiang Jun — the man who dumped Ronnie O’Sullivan — 5–3. Scott Donaldson followed his Zhao Xintong scalp with a 5–4 win over Pang Junxu. Jimmy Robertson blanked Ben Mertens’ challenge 5–1, and Neil Robertson eased past Lei Peifan 5–1. Judd Trump has already walked into the last 16 with Anthony McGill absent.
