Zhou Yuelong made the third 147 of his career during a 5-2 win over Julien Leclercq in the qualifying round for the Xi’an Grand Prix.
Zhou’s perfect break came in the fourth frame to go 3-1 ahead. The 27-year-old from China also made breaks of 99, 73 and 77 in a fine display as he secured a place in the final stages in Xi’an next month.
He becomes the 29th player to make three or more official maximums. It’s the 225th 147 in snooker history and eighth of the season.
